Sling TV is an ideal service for anyone looking to cut cable, and in this case it will provide a great opportunity to watch the Crimson Tide online. Sling (review here) lets users live stream popular cable channels through an internet connection. The basic package will cost $20 per month, without a contract, and includes channels like ESPN, ESPN2, and even ESPN3 (Via the WatchESPN app with your Sling credentials). On WatchESPN, you’ll also be able to watch any Alabama games that air on ABC.

In addition to being able to watch Alabama Football live stream online on the ESPN family of channels with the basic subscription, Sling offers a Sports Extra Package for just $5 per month. The package includes full access to SEC Network, ESPNU, ESPNEWS, and other channels. The SEC Network package will be a great source to catch not just Alabama games, but a ton of highlights and pre- and post-game analysis. The SEC also partnered with ESPN on its SEC Network+ digital platform, which can be accessed through the WatchESPN app with your Sling TV login. This all gives you nearly 50% of all college football games this season, and it’s the best way to watch SEC football online.

You can try Sling TV free for 7 days, a great way to watch Alabama football online free for a week!

There is also a limited-time opportunity to sign up and prepay for three months of Sling’s service and receive a free Roku Streaming device for watching on your TV. If you’re more of an Apple person, you can get a sweet deal on an Apple TV with the same 3-month subscription. If you’re wanting to watch Alabama football online all season, I highly recommend taking this offer. These devices will let you watch Alabama football live stream directly on your big-screen TV.

Watch The SEC Game of The Week On CBS Over-The-Air

CBS’s over-the-air network channel will be a great opportunity to catch some of Alabama’s games throughout the season. CBS will broadcast many SEC games, including the SEC Game of the Week and some doubleheaders on Saturdays. Since Alabama is obviously one of, if not the best team in the conference it will certainly get some air time during these CBS broadcasts. CBS has the first selection on which SEC games to air and will likely use several of those on key Alabama matchups to drive viewership.

Games broadcasted on CBS can be freely accessed by anyone with an antenna. The antenna connects to networks broadcast over-the-air such as FOX, NBC, ABC, and of course CBS. An antenna is a simple, cost-affordable option to catch some great Alabama games without cable, and I always recommended that readers check out my guide to antennas if they are in the market for one.

Want to record the games, pause live TV, or even stream your antenna feed directly to your streaming devices anywhere you go? Get an OTA DVR. Click here for my complete guide to over-the-air DVRs.

During the season, College Sports Live will broadcast each Alabama game via a live audio stream. Some may also be available as a video stream, but you’ll have to check the schedule. The service also has agreements with other SEC teams for audio and video streams, and might be an opportunity to follow some other conference games. The streaming service also carries thousands of other events across all college sports.

College Sports Live’s subscription starts at $9.95 per month. Check the broadcast schedule on its website to find out which games it will be broadcasting throughout the season.

Listen to Alabama Football Games On Over 50 Radio Stations

Coverage of University of Alabama football games will be broadcast on over 50 radio stations throughout Alabama and the south. These stations will likely be playing Eli Gold’s play-by-play and it will be a great opportunity to follow the action. Gold is known as the “voice of the Tide” and has called the action for each Alabama game since 1989. The color analysis will be provided by Phil Savage, who is a former assistant coach for the team. One good source to listen to the games online is University of Alabama’s own radio station, 90.7 WVUA-FM, which lets you listen to the games live online from its site.
