You can stream PlayStation Vue on several devices, but will definitely run into some limitations if you do try to stream outside your home. It is a good option for streaming on the couch, but does not yet provide the additional flexibility some people desire from a cable alternative. Watch Lawler vs Woodley Live Stream on Pay-Per View

Like many of the big UFC events, UFC 201 is only available on pay-per view for the main event. So, if you want to watch a UFC 201 live stream while Lawler and Woodley face off you need to purchase the pay-per view showing.
