If you missed the big game, a new feature on Fubo TV will give you the chance to go back and catch it. The streaming television service announced a new “Lookback” feature today that lets users see any show or game they missed within a three day window. Almost all content, including games and network shows, is included.
For now, the feature is only available on mobile devices, laptops, and desktop computers. Other devices like the Roku, Fire TV, and Apple TV are expected to have support added over the next few months.
Just about all channels support look back, but there are a few exceptions. A&E doesn’t have the feature now, but Fubo TV promises the feature will be added sometime soon.
Fubo TV does have a standard DVR option, but the look back feature means users don’t have to worry about missing a game they didn’t have the chance to record.
If you’re not familiar with Fubo, it’s a live TV streaming service that costs just $34.99 a month, and is quickly becoming one of the most popular streaming services in the US (especially for sports fans). It started as a soccer-centric service, but has been adding new channels at a rapid pace.
It was just back in January that Fubo TV announced they came to an agreement with several network families, including Fox Networks Group, A&E Networks, NBCUniversal, Fuse Media, Crown Media Family, NBA TV, and The Weather Channel.
Fubo’s $34.99 a month streaming service offer several add on packages for premium channels, plus cloud DVR capability, the new look back feature and a start over feature that lets users go back to the beginning of a show they’re joining late.
Over 40 channels are included in the base package, along with access to BeIN content and several regional sports networks depending on your location.
