Sling TV Offers Best Way to Watch ALDS Live Stream

Sling TV

This year, the entire ALDS will air on FS1. While FS1 is traditionally a cable TV channel, you can now watch the ALDS online on FS1 without cable or satellite TV, thanks to Sling TV. What is Sling TV? It’s a live streaming service that gives you access to your favorite pay TV channels starting at just $20 a month, with no contract. You can stream FS1, ESPN, TBS, and FOX, all of the channels that will be carrying the MLB Playoffs, along with dozens of other popular channels available across Sling TV’s various packages.

With Sling TV, you can enjoy an ALDS live stream on all of your favorite devices, including Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, Android and Apple tablets and smart phones, your computer, and more. It’s hands down the cheapest and best way to watch the ALDS online and the entire MLB playoffs.

The best part? Sling TV offers a free 7 day trial. That means you can watch the ALDS online free for one week to see if you like the service.

Use MLB.TV to Watch On-Demand Replays Only of All MLB Playoff Games

If you are interested in watching on-demand replays of each of the playoff games, MLB.TV will be a great service for you. MLB has reduced the price of its streaming service for the remainder of the season to $9.99 overall. You can catch the on-demand replays throughout the Playoffs on a variety of devices. The playoff games will not be broadcasted live due to blackout restrictions unless you have a cable TV login. So this is a major drawback for cord cutters. If you do have access to a pay TV login, you could authenticate with MLB.TV and stream the ALDS live. If not, the replays will be posted within 90 minutes of the completion of each game. On top of the replays, you can watch tons of highlights and analysis and gain access to MLB’s At Bat app. For just $9.99, it’s not a terrible deal for baseball fans and definitely something to look into for October f you want to watch the ALDS online.

Watch ALDS Live Stream on TBS with PlayStation Vue

PS Vue

Sony recently launched its own streaming service called PlayStation Vue. Like Sling TV, Vue allows you to stream several popular cable channels. The listings include channels like TBS, FOX, and FS1, which will all be broadcasting MLB Playoffs games all October.

PlayStation Vue is certainly more expensive than other competing options with a starting price of $29.99 to $39.99, depending on your location. Vue is also not currently available on Apple TV, and there are some mobile streaming restrictions that can prevent you from watching live TV if you aren’t on your home internet connection. That said, it’s still a solid option to watch the ALDS online.
